We specialize in freehold residential and commercial plots in Greater Noida, especially near the Yamuna Expressway. Our services include property consultation, site visit assistance, legal documentation support, loan facilitation, and investment guidance, ensuring that every client gets the best value and a smooth experience. Terms & Conditions
1.The intending buyer confirms that they are fully satisfied with the company’s interest and legal title to the land. They have understood all associated limitations and obligations and raise no objections in this regard.
2. For preferentially located plots/villas/farmhouses, applicable PLC (Preferential Location Charges) will be borne by the buyer. Allotment will be made based on availability and strictly on a first-come, first-served basis to those who adhere to the payment schedule.
3. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days, the full amount will be refunded without deductions. No cancellations will be entertained after allotment confirmation, and the booking amount will be forfeited.
4. The company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the layout, size, or location of the plot/villa/farmhouse/commercial unit. Any variation in the measurement at the time of allotment may affect the overall cost.
5. A simple interest of 18% per annum will be charged on delayed payments. If payment is delayed by more than 30 days, the company reserves the right to cancel the allotment or registration.
6. Buyers are responsible for bearing all applicable taxes, stamp duty, registration fees, and any other government or statutory charges.
7. In the event of cancellation of registration by the buyer or the company, a deduction of 30% of the total payment will be applicable and accepted by the buyer.
8. The buyer affirms that they have thoroughly reviewed the land title and status and are fully aware of all responsibilities, limitations, and obligations. They raise no objections regarding the same.
